Bursaries
Every year, a graduating student from each of the local high schools are selected by the school to receive a $1,000 bursary to recognize outstanding volunteerism and leadership. As of June 2011, $40,000 will have been presented to graduating students in our community. The bursary program was made possible because of planned legacy gifts by community citizens like:

- Dorothy Tewksbury
- Pearl Irene Evelyn Pechin
